Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
- Responsible as an individual contributor to effectively qualify, quote and close business to achieve revenue retention and growth targets. Effectively and continuously expand network of contacts inside the customers’ company.
- Be proficient in:
- Discovering customer strategic priorities and uncover new projects / programs
- Securing key contacts in procurement and engineering and up the management chain
- Keeping Duggan top of mind and communicate new capabilities or company news to customers
- Teaming with Program Management to provide an outstanding customer experience and successfully retain and grow sales revenue
- Develop and implement sales plans that provide clearly defined strategies, tactics, and timeframes to maximize sales success: revenue growth and total revenue
- Schedule and present Monthly sales plan updates, reporting on performance against individual and team sales plans to leadership
- Ability to present Company capabilities and value proposition face to face, remotely using computer media, and over the phone
- Ensure all customers have an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreements) authorized and executed by the Company’s President and are credit approved in a timely manner prior to pursuing future business
- Support all marketing efforts including keeping contact lists up to date and performing outreach to support any and all marketing campaigns
- Comply with account assignment rules of engagement, meeting preparation / strategy policies including pre-travel approvals and expense management policies
- Immediately respond to customer inquiries, ensure on-time delivery of quotes and/or options required to meet customers’ needs
- Participate in closing meetings to assess delivery of jobs and ensure customer satisfaction
- Understand account receivable status of all assigned account; notify and seek direction from management if customer is not current with invoice payments prior to shipping jobs in progress
- Field RFQs, follow internal policies for logging, prompt processing, customer follow up, follow through and updating status and forecasting close
- Champion securing needed information or data to complete customer quotes in a timely manner
- CRM Compliant, ensure centralized RFQ log is accurate, include forecasting deal closure, is complete and up to date
- Perform other tasks and duties and assigned or requested
